Reducator Prototype

The project consisted of optimising the design of the reduction box incorporated into the front cover, changing its manufacturing method, and reducing raw material consumption while maintaining the necessary strength for the project.

I contributed to solving the design difficulties, combining optimisations and cost reduction with the extraction angles and design criteria arising from the manufacturing process. Also in the adjustment of the external geometry of the reducer housing, which impacts the consumption of raw materials and the rigidity of the set.
