Improvements to the assembly line test booth

Terminal Barrier

Project Overview
The project consisted of modifying an existing terminal bus, adding a special case for connecting, and testing all motors produced. Other cases of simple connectors were also added.The length of the bus could not be modified, so height and width were used in order to have the minimum distance necessary between the terminals while insurence safety.

Project Overview
Elaboration of the entire 3D project of the factory through the floor plan and photos of the same,definition of 3D printing settings to optimise time and raw material.mapping of model assembly cuts.Rizer 3D Printer The project is made in a 1:125 ladder, having a total size of 2x4 metres.
